The Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile can be used with team members, managers and leaders either individually or as part of the development of high-performing teams. The personal profile looks at individual motivation, how you can best contribute to success, how you are likely to lead, and how you interact with others who are different to yourself.
It is a powerful tool that focuses on the real world of work and is written in positive language that emphasises strengths. Recent discussions between Andrew Thacker and Mark Gilroy, Managing Director of TMSDI, demonstrated a high degree of synergy between the suite of tools and the way in which People PositiveTM is supporting collaborative working with its clients.
