Whilst continuing to support People Positive in corporate facilitation and teambuilding, Lucy took a training secondment in Africa and subsequently spent a decade living and working in Malawi and the USA.

Lucy has also spent many years working on projects in the Tourism Industry and latterly Estates Management. Her experience also includes various projects covering the Oil & Gas, Rail, Construction and Public Services sectors in locations including Azerbaijan, Houston, Dubai, India and Europe.
