Richard spent the early years of his adult life as a professional actor.  A career which has informed and enhanced his work as a consultant and underpins his belief in experiential learning.  He has since spent his professional life working around the world for companies such as Shell, Centrica, Halliburton, Virgin Money and Swift Payments where he has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging agent for change.

Specialising in leadership in cultural change and development he works as a coach and consultant in this, as well as other, fields. He is a qualified Executive Coach and is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the Association for Coaching.  Richard is also a qualified Pinpoint facilitator and holds his Bosiet Offshore Survival Certificate.

Richard brings an energy and passion for learning and development that creates high levels of engagement for leaders of all environments.  His background outside the corporate world brings ideas and endeavours that inspire and enlighten and entertain in equal measure when tackling the conundrums of modern leadership.
