Project Description
As a seasoned facilitator, mentor and coach Iain has a high degree of fortitude, is adaptable and cheerful under pressure, a structured thinker with a healthy level of humility in all he does. The main areas of his expertise are in executive team coaching, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, relationship management and facilitation. Most recently he has held operational leadership roles in high-risk environments, responsible for people management, engagement, coaching and safety.
Iain’s philosophy is straightforward: trust, transparency, simplification and change. Easily said, hard won! He has written a paper on one of his projects where these were the 4 elements that delivered our unprecedented success.
