Project Description
Andrew supports a team of UK-based consultants and is involved in designing and delivering a range of courses and events. He is leading the work People Positive is doing in the field of Collaborative Working and continues to actively engage with organisations in the areas of cultural and behavioural change. He has a great deal of experience in conducting cultural surveys and analysing the results, which has led to him being able to advise on winning strategies for organisations in the rail, oil and gas and utility sectors.
Andrew has extensive international experience and recently spent a year based in Brisbane directing People Positive operations in Australia.
He is now UK-based and concentrating his energies on ensuring that clients with operations in the UK, Europe and Africa continue to receive the high quality of service that is expected of People Positive.
