Award-winning author, editor and copywriter, in 2014 Jacky’s first book on content marketing ‘How to Get Inside Someone’s Mind and Stay There’ won the 2015 Small Business Book Community Choice Award in marketing. Updated for 2018, it is now published in the US by Business Expert Press. With a career in film and TV production prior to copywriting, Jacky has written copy for a diverse range of clients including: ITV Plc, Littlewoods Online, Hertz, The Stable Company, CNG, Westex Carpets, The York Management School, York St John University, City of York Council, Riccall Care, MoralDNA®, The Little Gym, Continuum Group, WGN, SHINE, Fera Science Ltd,  rradar, and Skillogy International. An Institute of Leadership and Management endorsed trainer, Jacky has delivered a TEDx talk and is also a former Director of Yorkshire Energy Partnership.
