Issue

Successful transition – New CFO coming into lead established team.

Solution

Consultation involving 1:1 interview with each of the team members followed by 2-day offsite using SHIFT© as the framework. Worked with the team to produce shared strategy and route plan. Followed up 12 months later to review progress and continue the integration process with additional new members.

Outcome

Healthy level of disclosure established and increased level of commitment to the change. Improved performance against several KPI’s.
